Agent Education: PDC & BPO on Our Marketplace

Workflow, compliance, and best practices to win work and deliver quality.

Overview

We connect customers with licensed agents. PDC work is first-come-first-served (FCFS). BPO work is bid-based and available to Premium agents.

PDC (Property Data Collection)

  • • Customer sets the price; first agent to accept wins automatically.
  • • All agents (Free + Premium) may accept PDC and use the PDC PDF form submitter.
  • • PDC is data/photos only—no value opinion.

BPO (Broker Price Opinion)

  • • Open-bid process; include fee, ETA, and short approach notes.
  • • Only Premium agents can view BPO jobs, bid, and use BPO forms.
  • • Include “not an appraisal” and non-lending disclosures.

Compliance Basics

Follow state BPO rules, local MLS rules, and your broker’s policies. Add required disclosures to first page and footers of delivered PDFs.
