PDC includes photos, measurements, and observations only. No value opinion. PDC is not an appraisal or BPO.
State Variations
Some states have additional requirements (terminology, who may perform BPOs, specific disclaimers). Our job forms adapt to the property’s state and prompt agents for the right language.
